Start talking to manufacturers about recycling plants, and you’re going to get excited. You’re about to embark upon a journey where you are going to be putting those waste tyres to good use. If you reach out to people in your community, you might be recycling even more tires than you think. Wouldn’t that be nice? That tyre recycling plant is going to do so much.

You’re going to be making sure that thousands of tires don’t make their way to the landfill. You can see how that is a good thing, but then again, you might be grimacing at the thought of having to pay for a recycling plant. Relax because I’m about to show you why the waste to energy plant has the potential to pay for itself. In fact, there are people out there with these plants in operation that are actually profiting.

How are they doing that? They are simply collecting the resources from the operation, using them and selling them. You’re going to see how that is beneficial in so many ways. You get four products from the recycling process, and they can either be used or sold. You can’t sell the hydrocarbon gas, but you can definitely sell the other products. If you have no use for the steel, you can easily sell that for extra cash. You’re going to need to use some of the pyrolysis oil. You might be thinking that you have no use for it, but it helps to power and fuel the machine. That means you are going to be saving some of that on the side. Yet you are going to net quite a lot of oil, and you have options.

You can convert the oil to a different fuel, but you do need to know that a separate process is required. Then you also need to know that there might be some companies that will take the oil off your hands as is, but you have to see. And then there is the fact that you also get carbon black out of the process.

What are you going to do with the carbon black? You’re going to sell it, unless for some reason you can use that, too. There are some companies that buy pyrolysis plant for sale that might need the carbon black themselves. If you are one of those companies, then you can put that carbon black to use in order to make you money. But you can also make money by selling it to other companies.

There are profits to be made. You’re not going to be out your investment. You’re going to be working hard to protect the environment from waste tyres, and you’re going to be making money. You just have to get that waste tyre recycling plant in place so that you can get your operations up to speed. You will enjoy recycling all those tires, smiling and knowing that you aren’t having to worry about those tires ending up in the landfill.
